Artículo 13. Este Decreto entrará en vigencia a partir de la fecha de su publicación en la Gaceta Oficial de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela.
Dado en Caracas, a los veinticinco días del mes de octubre de dos mil veintidós. Año 212 de la Independencia, 163 de la Federación y 23 de la Revolución Bolivariana.
