Dateas is a website devoted to the search and provision of public records, public documents and public information, allowing individuals and organizations to access a wide variety of contents and services, some of them furnished and enriched by a qualified network of professionals, archivists, genealogists, business information companies and other third parties, links to independent websites and the contributions of the general public. Many of the contents and services are provided for free, whilst others do have a fee.
Dateas is not a credit reference agency (CRA) as defined by the Consumer Credit Act 1974 of the United Kingdom, nor is a consumer reporting agency (CRA) as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) of the United States of America.
In these Terms of Service, the expressions "we", "our", “Dateas.com”, "Dateas" or "Plusideas", refer to Plusideas Ltd., and the expression “you” refers to you as the User of this website; except when it is reasonable that a different meaning applies.

Plusideas may sub-contract or assign or transfer any of its obligations or rights under this Agreement in whole or in part at its sole discretion.
All intellectual property of Plusideas, including trademarks, trade names, patents, designs and any other derivative of aesthetics, functionality or content of the website are the exclusive property of Plusideas.
By using this website, you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Plusideas.
You also agree to refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, integrating into other content or exploiting for commercial purposes, any content of this website or provided through the website.
PRICING AND TAXES
Each party is obliged to take care of the taxes for their respective tax jurisdiction. The User is solely responsible for all taxes that are applicable in his/her country of residence, and/or the country in which it is incorporated, and/or the country from which payment is made. Any withholding that the User may perform shall not affect the fee or price agreed upon in this website. When payment is made to an agent, representative or payment processor appointed by Plusideas, payment is deemed made directly to Plusideas Ltd.
None of the contents, services, information, records or documents provided through this website is or is intended as counseling or advice and should not be taken into account when making decisions.
None of the contents, services, information, records or documents provided through this website is or is intended to be legal advice, and shall not be used as a substitute of legal advice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of Dateas.com nor can we guarantee that the use of the website will be error free.
Plusideas is not liable under any circumstances for any damages in connection with the use of this website, whether direct or indirect, including any alleged loss of data or profits.
Plusideas reserves for itself the right to modify any part of these Terms of Service without notice. The website use will be considered acceptance of this agreement or the one that is in effect at that time.
In its sole discretion, Plusideas may modify or remove any portion of the website without notice or liability emerging from such decisions.
The website may contain links to other websites operated by third parties independent of Plusideas. We do not control these sites and assume no liability in relation to them or their content. The inclusion of links on our part implies no endorsement of their views or the endorsement of the information contained therein.
In the event that any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed void by a valid, enforceable provision that most accurately matches the intent of the original provision and the remaining provisions will apply. The fact that Plusideas does not act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. The fact that Plusideas does not implement or ensure compliance with any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Neither you nor we shall be entitled to file, join or consolidate any claim as a representative member of a class in a class action.
