La Comisión ha decidido concluir el procedimiento de investigación formal con arreglo al artículo 108, apartado 2, del TFUE, incoado el 15 de abril de 2019 1 con respecto a la citada medida, puesto que Polonia retiró su notificación el 4 de febrero de 2021 y no continuará con el proyecto de ayuda.
