Artículo 4: INSTRÚYASE a la Gerencia de Agua y Saneamiento a los fines de que, en cumplimiento de lo previsto por el art. 25 inc. g. de la ley 8835
y lo dispuesto por la Resolución General ERSeP N 04/2019, efectué el control y seguimiento de las obras a realizar sobre los bienes afectados al servicio de agua potable brindado por la Prestadora, Cooperativa de Electricidad y Servicios Públicos de Inriville Limitada y de las inversiones a realizar.
Artículo 5: PÓNGASE EN CONOCIMIENTO del Poder Concedente con copia..-
Artículo 6: PROTOCOLÍCESE, comuníquese, y dese copias.-
