VISTO: El Expediente Nº 0521-062321/2021, en el que obran las presentaciones promovidas por la Federación de Empresarios del Transporte Automotor de Pasajeros F.E.T.A.P y la Asociación de Empresarios del Transporte Automotor de Córdoba ASETAC y el informe técnico elaborado por la Mesa de Estudios Tarifarios RG ERSeP Nº 54/2016, entre otros BOLETIN OFICIAL DE LA PROVINCIA DE CORDOBA
regulado por la Ley Nº 8669 modif. Ley 9034 y Ley N 10433.
CONSIDERANDO:
Doble voto del presidente, Mario A. Blanco, y voto de los vocales José Luis Scarlatto y Luis A. Sánchez.
Que la Ley N 10433 en su artículo 1 establece: que el Ente Regulador de los Servicios Públicos de la Provincia de Córdoba ERSEP será
