Saneamiento bajo el N 202/2023, el Honorable Directorio del ENTE
REGULADOR DE LOS SERVICIOS PÚBLICOS ERSeP por mayoría voto del Presidente, Mario A. Blanco, y de los Vocales José Luis Scarlatto, Luis A. Sánchez y Walter Scavino:
RESUELVE:
Artículo 1º: APRUÉBASE un incremento del 40,46% sobre los valores tarifarios correspondiente a la prestadora del Servicio de Agua Potable Cooperativa de Servicios San Antonio Limitada a aplicarse a partir de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial en los términos propuestos en el Informe Técnico N 40/2023 del Área de Costos y Tarifas, resultando de aplicación

el cuadro tarifario que se agrega como Anexo I. Artículo 2: PÓNGASE EN CONOCIMIENTO del Poder Concedente con copia.
