Año del Bicentenario de la Constitución de Córdoba LEGISLACIÓN Y NORMATIVAS
Artículo 3: INSTRÚYASE a la Gerencia de Agua y Saneamiento a los fines de que, en cumplimiento de lo previsto por el art. 25 inc. g. de la ley 8835, continúe efectuando el control y seguimiento de las obras a realizar sobre los bienes afectados al servicio de agua potable brindado por la Concesionaria Cuencas Serranas S.A. y de las inversiones a realizar.
