TRANSITORIOS
ARTÍCULO PRIMERO. El presente Reglamento entrará en vigor al día siguiente de su publicación en el Periódico Oficial del Estado de Tamaulipas.
ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO. Se abroga el Reglamento del Equilibrio Ecológico y la Protección al Ambiente Valle Hermoso, Tamaulipas, publicado en el Periódico Oficial del Estado Anexo al No. 65 de fecha 6 de julio de 2000.
