MEETING

RENT GUIDELINES BOARD
NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN PURSUANT TO SECTION 104 of the Public Officers Law that a meeting of the New York City Rent Guidelines Board RGB, will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2020, at 7:00 P.M. Because of the ongoing COVID-19 public health crisis, the RGB is convening a Zoom virtual meeting. A final vote to set lease adjustments for rent stabilized apartments, lofts, and hotels in New York City for the 2020 Apartment & Loft Order 52 and the 2020 Hotel Order 50 for leases commencing on, October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021 will be deliberated and taken.
Members of the public can attend this session using two different methods:
