NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Section 201 of the New York City Charter, the Brooklyn Borough President will hold a remote public hearing on the following matters, commencing at 6:00 P.M., on Tuesday, June 30, 2020.

An application submitted by 1529-33 60th Street LLC, pursuant to Sections 197-c and 201 of the New York City Charter, for a zoning map amendment to change from M1-1 to R7A/C2-4, a project area of 20 tax lots fronting 60th Street and 15th Avenue, and a zoning text amendment to designate an MIH area over the entire rezoning area.
Such actions would facilitate the development of three separate mixed-use buildings of seven to eight stories, with a total of 102
dwelling units, of which 32 would be affordable, pursuant to MIH, 32,219 square feet of ground-floor retail, and 31 accessory parking spaces in Brooklyn Community District 12 CD 12.
