ESCISIÓN PATRIMONIAL

TRANSFERENCIA FIDUCIARIA

De conformidad con los dispuesto por el
Mediante Escritura Pública de fecha 30 de abril de 2021, otorgada ante Notario Público de Lima, Dr.
Alfredo Paino Scarpati, se constituyó un Fideicomiso en Garantía el Fideicomiso en virtud del cual MARCO ANTONIO TEOBALDO LLOSA HERNANDEZ
y CARLA LIZA VACCARI VALENCIA en calidad de Fideicomitentes, transfirieron en dominio fiduciario a favor de SCOTIABANK S.A.A. en calidad de Fiduciario, los BIENES FIDEICOMETIDOS, para su debida administración, según los términos establecidos en el Fideicomiso. El plazo y demás términos y condiciones del Fideicomiso se encuentran regulados en el documento arriba indicado.

artículo 380 de la Ley General de Sociedades, se comunica que mediante Actas de Junta General de Accionistas de MONTANA S.A. y SANIVET S.A., ambas de fecha 15 de julio de 2021, se acordó la escisión por segregación de un bloque patrimonial de MONTANA S.A., el cual fue transferido a SANIVET S.A.
