MEETING

Because of the ongoing COVID-19 health crisis and in relation to Governor Andrew Cuomos Executive Orders, the Board Meeting of the New York City Housing Authority, scheduled for Wednesday, June 24, 2020, at 10:00 A.M., will be limited to viewing the live-stream or listening via phone instead of attendance in person.
For public access, the meeting will be streamed live on NYCHAs Website at http nyc.gov/nycha and http on.nyc.gov/boardmeetings, or can be accessed by calling 1408 418-9388, using Event number access code: 129 929 3242 and Event password: nychaboard.
For those wishing to provide public comment, pre-registration is required via email, to corporate.secretary@nycha.nyc.gov, or by contacting 212 306-6088, no later than 5:00 P.M., on the day prior to the Board Meeting. When pre-registering, please provide your name, development or organization name, contact information and item you wish to comment on. You will then be contacted with instructions for providing comment. Comments are limited to the items on the Calendar.
Speaking time will be limited to three minutes. Speakers will provide comment in the order in which the requests to comment are received.
The public comment period will conclude upon all speakers being heard or at the expiration of 30 minutes allotted for public comment, whichever occurs first.
Copies of the Calendar will be available on NYCHAs Website, no earlier than 24 hours before the upcoming Board Meeting. Copies of the Minutes will also be available on NYCHAs Website no earlier than 3:00 P.M., on the Thursday following the Board Meeting.
Any changes to the schedule will be posted here and on NYCHAs Website at http www1.nyc.gov/site/nycha/about/board-calendar.page to the extent practicable at a reasonable time before the meeting.

LANDMARKS PRESERVATION COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARINGS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the provisions of Title 25, Chapter 3 of the Administrative Code of the City of New York Sections 25-303, 25-307, 25-308, 25-309, 25-313, 25-318, 25-320 on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at 9:30 A.M., the Landmarks Preservation Commission LPC or agency will hold a public hearing by teleconference, with respect to the properties list below, and then followed by a public meeting. The final order and estimated times for each application will be posted on the Landmarks Preservation Commission website, the Friday before the hearing. Please note that the order and estimated times are subject to change. The teleconference will be by the Zoom app and will be live streamed on the LPCs YouTube channel, www.youtube.com/nyclpc. Members of the public should observe the meeting on the YouTube channel and may testify on particular matters by joining the meeting using either the Zoom app or by calling in from any phone. RENT GUIDELINES BOARD
NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE NEW YORK CITY RENT
GUIDELINES BOARD RGB, will hold a virtual public hearing on June 11, 2020, from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M., to consider public comments concerning proposed rent adjustments for renewal leases for apartments, lofts, hotels including class A and class B hotels, SROs, rooming houses and lodging houses and other housing units subject to the Rent Stabilization Law of 1969, and the Emergency Tenant Protection Act of 1974. These adjustments will affect renewal leases commencing between October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021.
The RGB will hold a virtual Zoom public hearing on the proposed guidelines on June 11, 2020, beginning at 6:00 P.M. No in-person hearing will occur.
