Under the authority o f Title n of the International Claims Settlement Act of 1949, as amended 69 Stat. 562, Execu tive Order 10644, November 7, 1955 20

8993, and pursuant to law, after in vestigation, it is hereby found and determined:
1. That the property described as fo l lows: That certain debt or other obliga tion of the Swiss Credit Bank, New York Agency, 25 Pine Street, New York 5, New York, in the sum of $811.95, constituting a portion of a blocked account entitled, General Ruling No. 6 Account of Credit Suisse Swiss Credit Bank, Zurich , maintained at the aforesaid bank, to gether with any and all right to demand, enforce and collect the same, is property within the United States which was blocked in accordance with Executive Order 8389, as amended, and remained blocked on August , 1955, and which is, and as o f September 15, 1947, was, owned indirectly by a national of Hungary, name unknown, as defined in said Executive Order 8389, as amended.
2. That the property described herein is not owned directly by a natural person.
There is hereby vested in the Attorney General of the United States the property described above, to be administered, sold, or otherwise liquidated, in accord ance with the provisions of Title I I of the International Claims Settlement Act of 1949, as amended.
I t is hereby required that the property described above be paid, conveyed, transferred, assigned and delivered to or for the account of the Attorney General o f the United States in accordance with directions and instructions issued by or fo r the Assistant Attorney General, Director, Office of Alien, Property, De partment of Justice.
T h e foregoing requirement and any supplement thereto shall be deemed in structions or directions issued under Title n of the International Claims Set tlement Act of 1949, as amended. A t tention is directed to section 205 of said Title n 69 Stat. 562 which provides that:
Any payment, conveyance, transfer, as signment, or delivery of property made to the President or his designee pursuant to this title, or any rule, regulation, instruction, or direction issued under this title, shall to the extent thereof be a fu ll acquittance and discharge for aU purposes of the obligation of the person making the same; and no per son shall be held liable in any court for or in respect of any such payment, conveyance, transfer, assignment, or delivery made in good faith in pursuance of and in reliance on the provisions of this title, or o f any rule, regulation, instruction, or direction issued thereunder.

I t is hereby required that the property described above be paid, conveyed, trans ferred, assigned and delivered to or for the account of the Attorney General of the United States in accordance with directions and instructions issued by or fo r the Assistant Attorney General, Director, Office of Alien Property, De partment of Justice.
The foregoing requirement and any supplement thereto shall be deemed in structions or directions issued under Title I i of the International Claims Set tlement Act of 1949, as amended. Atten tion is directed to section 205 of said Title I I 69 Stat. 562. which provides that:
