No objections having been filed to the proposal published in the F ederal R eg ister of January 9, 1958 23 P. R. 166, that tetra copper calcium oxychloride be exempted from the requirement of a tolerance for residues in or on raw agricultural commodities, and no request having been received for referral of the proposal to aii advisory committee: I t is ordered, That the general regulations for setting tolerances and granting exemptions from tolerances 21 CPR
120.6 be amended as follows:
In 120.6 Exemptions from the re quirement of a tolerance, paragraph b 1 is amended by inserting as the last item therein the term tetra copper calcium oxychloride.
This action is taken pursuant to the authority vested in the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare by the Federal Pood, Drug, and Cosmetic Act sec. 408 b , e , 68 Stat. 511; 21 U. S. C.
346a b e , and delegated to the Commissioner of Pood and Drugs by the Secretary 21 CFR 120.29.
Any person who will be adversely af fected by the foregoing order may, at any time prior to the thirtieth day from the effective date thereof, file with the Hearing Clerk, Department of Health, Education, and Welfare, Room 5440, 330
Independence Avenue SW., Washington 25, D. C., written objections theréto.
Objections shall show wherein the per son filing will be adversely affected by this order, specify with particularity the provisions of the order deemed objec tionable, and reasonable grounds for the objections, and request a public hearing on the objections. Objections shall be filed in quintuplicate and may be accom
panied by a memorandum or brief in support thereof.
Effective date. This order shall be effective upon publication in the F ederal
