After consideration of all relevant matters presented including the proposal set forth in the aforesaid notice, the following amendment to the United States Standards for Grades of Chilled Chapter I-A g r ic u lt u r a l Research Orange Juice is hereby promulgated Service, Department of Agriculture pursuant to the authority contained in the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946
