The new and revised standard instru ment approach procedures appearing hereinafter are adopted to become effec tive and/or canceled when indicated in order to promote safety. The revised procedures supersede the existing pro cedures of the same classification now in effect for the airports specified therein.
For the convenience of the users, the re vised procedures specify the complete procedure and indicate the changes to the existing procedures. Pursuant to authority delegated to me by the Admin istrator 24 F.R. 5662, I find that a situation exists requiring immediate action in, the interest of safety, that notice and public procedure hereon are impracticable, and that good cause exists for making this amendment effec tive on less than thirty days notice.
