Other changes clarify the meaning of certain existing provisions of the regula tions, relieve restrictions thereof, or impose minor additional or different requirements.

If the plant facilities or methods of operation are not brought into compliance within a rea sonable period of time, to be specified by the Administrator, inspection service shall be withdrawn from the official establishment.
