Balls: 80s to 58s, inclusive, individual, approximately 10 pounds in weight, when available;

pressed by visually classified physical samples only. The changes also provide for the addition of a new grade desig nated as 54s and for minor revisions in fiber distribution requirements for grades 80s to 50s, previously defined on a micron basis.
These amendments shall become effec tive on the first day of January 1955.
