By virtue of the authority vested in the Secretary of Agriculture by the Soil Con servation and Domestic Allotment Act, as amended, the following amendments to the regulations in this subpart are prescribed, to be effective as of January 1, 1954:
1. Section 7.3 is amended by deleting the words the Federal Crop Insurance Act, appearing therein.
2. Section 7.5 is amended by inserting at the end of paragraph b following the semicolon the word or, inserting in paragraph e a period in lieu of the semicolon after the word program de leting the word or a t the end of para graph c, and deleting paragraph d in its entirety.
3. Section 7.18 is amended by deleting the words the crop insurance programs, appearing therein.
4.
