WHEREAS I find suitable for the pur poses of Title in of the Bankhead-Jones Farm Tenant Act, approved July 22,1937
50 Stat. 522, 7 U. S. C. 1010 et seq., and the related provisions of Title IV thereof, certain lands of the United States under the supervision of the Secretary o f A g riculture which are being administered by the Department o f Agriculture as tree and grass nurseries for thé produc tion of woody and herbaceous planting stock, such nurseries being designated and described as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by section 45 of the said Bankhead-Jones Farm Tenant Act, it is ordered that all the right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the above-described lands be, and they are hereby, trans ferred to the Secretary of Agriculture for use, administration, and disposition in accordance with the provisions of Title HI of the said act and the related pro visions of Title TV thereof.
