New Mexico By virtue o f and pursuant to the authority vested in me by the act of June 25, 1910, ch. 421, 36 Stat. 847, as amended by the act of August 24, 1912, ch. 369, 37 Stat. 497, Executive Order No. 6258 of August 22, 1933, withdrawing public lands in T. 16 S., R. 8 W ., New M exico Principal Meridian, New Mexico, pending resurvey, is hereby revoked.
This order shall become effective upon the date o f the official filin g of the plat of the resurvey of the said township.

OF AGRICULTURE

Wyoming By virtue o f and pursuant to the authority vested in me by the act of June 25, 1910, ch. 421, 36 Stat. 847, as amended by the act of August 24, 1912, ch. 369, 37 Stat. 497, it is ordered as follow s;
S e c t io n 1. Executive Order No. 6910 o f November 26, 1934, as amended, tem porarily withdrawing certain lands fo r classification and other purposes, is hereby revoked in so fa r as it affects any public lands within the follow ingdescribed area in W yom ing:

S e c t io n 2. Subject to the conditions expressed in the abovementioned acts and to all valid existing rights, all vacant, un appropriated, and unreserved public lands within the abovedescribed area are hereby tem porarily withdrawn from settlement, locatioh, sale, or entry, and reserved and set apart fo r use and development by the Department, o f A gri culture fo r soil erosion control and other land utilization activities in connection with the Thunder Basin Project, L A -W Y 1; Provided, that nothing herein contained shall restrict prospecting, locating, developing, mining, entering, leasing, or patenting the m ineral resources o f the lands under the applicable laws.
S e c t io n 3. This order shall be applicable to all lands within the area described in section 1 hereof upon the cancellation, termination, or release of prior entries, selections, rights, appropriations, or claims, or upon the revocation o f prior withdrawals, unless expressly otherwise provided in the order of revocation.
S e c t io n 4. The reservation made by section 2 o f this order shall remain in force until revoked by the President or by act o f Congress.

CLAUSES F , G , AND H OF THE EMERGENCY RELIEF APPRO
PRIATION ACT OF 1936

By virtue o f and pursuant to the authority vested in me under the Emergency R elief Appropriation A ct o f 1936 49
Stat. 1608, and in order to effectuate the purposes o f the appropriation made by that Act, it is ordered 1 that the amount specified in clause f o f the second paragraph o f the said Act, to be used fo r assistance fo r educational, profes sional and clerical persons, be, and it is hereby, increased by $7,101,000, 2 that the amount specified in clause g of said paragraph, to be used fo r womens projects, be, and it is hereby, increased by $7,101,000, and 3 that the amount specified in clause h o f said paragraph, to be used fo r 997
