MUNICIPIOS, Y EN LOS ARTÍCULOS SEXTO TRANSITORIO DEL DECRETO NÚMERO 394, PUBLICADO EN LA

Artículo 60 G.- Tratándose de aeronaves nuevas, el impuesto será la cantidad que resulte de multiplicar el peso máximo, incluyendo la capacidad de carga de la aeronave, expresado en toneladas, por la cantidad de $13,051.65 para aeronaves de pistón, turbohélice y helicópteros, y por la cantidad de $14,058.24 para aeronaves de reacción.
