El H. Congreso del Estada Libre y Soberano de Sinaloa, representado por su Quincuagésima Séptima Legislatura, ha tenido a bien expedir el siguiente:

ARTfcULO ÚNICO.- La Quincuagésima Séptima Legislatura del Estado Libre y Soberano de Sinaloa, ABRE hoy miércoles veintiocho de abril de dos mil cuatro, su Séptimo Período Extraordinaio de Sesiones de su Ejercicio Constitucional.

ARTfcULO PRlMERO.- El presente Decreto entrpró en vigor a partir de esta misma fecha.
