After pre-registering, the speaker will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to participate in the virtual public hearing. Pre-registration for speaking time can also be arranged by calling 718 286-2860 between 9:00 A.M.
to 5:00 P.M., prior to the date of the hearing. Members of the public may also attend the hearing at the above address and publicly testify in the Conference Room.
