Call To Order.
On Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at 10:00 A.M., the Honorable Rahm Emanuel, Mayor, called the City Council to order. The Honorable Susana A. Mendoza, City Clerk, called the roll of members and it was found that there were present at that time: Aldermen Moreno, Hopkins, Dowell, Hairston, Sawyer, Mitchell, Harris, Beale, Sadlowski Garza, Thompson, Cardenas, Quinn, Burke, Lopz, Foulkes, D. Moore, Curtis, OShea, Cochran, Brookins, Munoz, Zalewski, Scott, Solis, Maldonado, Burnett, Ervin, Taliaferro, Reboyras, Santiago, Waguespack, Mell, Austin, Ramirez-Rosa, Villegas, Mitts, Sposato, Laurino, OConnor, Napolitano, Smith, Tunney, Arena, Cappleman, Pawar, Osterman, J. Alderman Curtis led the City Council and assembled guests in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America.

Reverend Chris Wallace, Lead Pastor, Victory Worship Church, opened the meeting with prayer.
