TRIBUTE TO LATE POLICE COMMANDER LEMON WORKS.
Honorable Harold Washington, Mayor, on behalf of himself and all the members ofthe City Council, presented the following proposed resolution;
WHEREAS, Chicago Police Commander Lemon Works died on Sunday, October 27, 1985;and WHEREAS, Commander Works was a 31-year veteran of the Chicago Police Department and formerly served as commander of the Wentworth District, Gang Crimes West and the City public housing police; and
