Present Honorable Harold Washington, Mayor, and Aldermen Roti, Rush, Tillman, Evans, Bloom, Sawyer, Beavers, Humes, Hutchinson, Vrdolyak, Huels, Majerczyk, Madrzyk, Burke, Brady, Langford, Streeter, Kellam, Sheahan, Kelley, Stemberk, Krystyniak, Henry, Marzullo, Nardulli, Smith, D. Davis, Hagopian, Santiago, Mell, Frost, Kotlarz, Banks, Damato, Cullerton, Laurino, OConnor, Pucinski, Natarus, Oberman, Hansen, McLaughlin, Orbach, Schulter, Volini, Orr, Stone.

Call to Order.
On Wednesday, September 11, 1985 at 11:15 A.M. the hour appointed for the meeting was 10:00 A.M. Honorable Harold Washington, Mayor, called the City Council to order. Daniel J.
Burke, Deputy City Clerk, called the roll of members and it was found that there were present at that time: Aldermen Roti, Rush, Tillman, Evans, Bloom, Sawyer, Beavers, Humes, Hutchinson, Vrdolyak, Huels, Majerczyk, Madrzyk, Burke, Brady, Langford, Streeter, Kellam, Sheahan, Kelley, Stemberk, Krystyniak, Henry, Marzullo, Nardulli, Smith, D.
Davis, Hagopian, Santiago, Mell, Frost, Kotlarz, Bginks, Damato, Cullerton, Laurino, OConnor, Pucinski, Natarus, Oberman, Hansen, McLaughlin, Orbach, Schulter, Volini, Orr, Stone - 47.
Quorum present.
On separate motions made by Alderman Humes and Alderman Kelley respectively, it was ordered noted in the Journal that Alderman Sherman was absent due to a car accident and that Alderman W. Davis was absent.due to illness.
Invocation.
Dr. Gessel Berry Jr., Pastor, Bethany United Methodist Church, opened the meeting with prayer.
