Regulations Pertaining to Wheat Mar keting Quotas for the 1941 Crop of Wheat By virtue of the authority vested in the Secretary of Agriculture by Title m of the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938
Public Law No. 430, 75th Congress, ap proved February 16, 1938; 52 Stat. 31;
7 U.S.C. 1301 et seq., as amended, and Public Law No. 74, 77th Congress, ap proved May 26,1941,1 do make, prescribe, publish, and give public notice of the following regulations governing wheat marketing quotas for the 1941 crop of wheat, to be in force and effect until amended or superseded by regulations hereafter made by the Secretary of Agri culture or acting Secretary of Agricul ture under said Act.1
