The matter concerned herewith is in regard to the proposed issue and delivery by Argus Natural Gas Company, Inc., a subsidiary o f Northern Natural Gas Com pany, a registered holding company, to Northern Natural Gas Company, of the promissory note of Argus Natural Gas Company, Inc., dated June 30, 1939, in the amount of $920,000, payable Decem ber 31, 1939, with interest at 4%% per annum.
