AVISO DE ESCISIÓN
Por acuerdo de Juntas Generales de Accionistas de R&C SUMINISTROS S.A.C. y KYM SUPPLIER
S.A.C., todas de fecha 06 de mayo de 2021, dichas empresas han aprobado el Proyecto de Escisión presentado por sus respectivas Gerencias, y han decidido llevar a cabo un procedimiento de escisión bajo la forma segregación según lo dispuesto en el inciso 2 del artículo 367 de la Ley General de Sociedades.
En virtud de tal escisión, R&C SUMINISTROS S.A.C. segregará un bloque patrimonial a favor de KYM SUPPLIER S.A.C., respectivamente.
Se publica el presente aviso en cumplimiento con lo establecido por el artículo 380 de la Ley General de Sociedades.
