En la Junta Universal, celebrada el día 1 de octubre de 2.021.se adoptaron entre otros los siguientes acuerdos:
-Reducción del capital social al importe desembolsado, es decir a 16.500
Euros.
-Transformar el carácter de la sociedad, pasando de Sociedad Anónima Laboral a Sociedad Limitada.
Los acuerdos antes reseñados serán publicados para general conocimiento y a los efectos oportunos.
