DISPONE:
1. Aplícase a la rma DATAMECSA S.R.L. una suspensión por el término de un 1
año en su inscripción registral y para participar en futuras gestiones, en mérito a lo establecido en el artículo 9 del Decreto N 0817/93, sin perjuicio de la ejecución de la garantía de adjudicación.
2. Regístrese, comuníquese, pase para su conocimiento al Registro Ocial de Proveedores de la Provincia y archívese.
