DE MUNICIPALIDADES Y COMUNAS
EL CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE MINA CLAVERO
SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE ORDENANZA
Art. 1: RATIFICAR en todos sus términos lo dispuesto por el Departamento Ejecutivo mediante Decreto N 089/2021.
Art. 2: FACULTAR al Departamento Ejecutivo a dictar las medidas que fueren menester para la adecuada aplicación e interpretación de la medida dispuesta en el Decreto 089/2021 ratificado en el artículo precedente.-
