Artículo 1: DISPONER a partir de la notificación del presente instrumento legal, la BAJA POR EXONERACIÓN del Adjutor Tec. Sup. Walter Oscar TOLEDO, D.N.I. Nº 36.479.022, por la comisión de las faltas disciplinarias de naturaleza gravísima prevista en los Art. 10 inciso 02 y 05 del Decreto 25/76, configurativo del incumplimiento del deber esencial que para el personal penitenciario establece el Art. 12, inciso 10 y 11 correlacionado con el art. 19 de la ley Nº 8231. Artículo 2: COMUNÍQUESE a sus efectos, la presente resolución a la Jefatura del Servicio Penitenciario de Córdoba.
