DECRETO 3207 / 2019 DECRETO / 2019-10-17
DECRETO N 3.207/1, del 17/10/2019.VISTO, que el Titular del Poder Ejecutivo debe ausentarse de la Provincia, en misión oficial, y CONSIDERANDO:
Que corresponde dar cumplimiento con lo dispuesto por el Artículo 91 de la Constitución de la Provincia.
Por ello, EL GOBERNADOR DE LA PROVINCIA
DECRETA:
ARTÍCULO 1.- Queda interinamente en ejercicio del Poder Ejecutivo de la Provincia el señor Vice-Gobernador de la Provincia, C.P.N. Osvaldo Francisco Jaldo.
ARTÍCULO 2.- El presente decreto será refrendado por el señor Ministro de Gobierno y Justicia, y firmado por la señora Secretaria General de la Gobernación.
ARTÍCULO 3.- Dése al Registro Oficial de Leyes y Decretos, comuníquese, publíquese en el Boletín Oficial y archívese.
