ANUNCIO de Finca La Rad, Sociedad Cooperativa, relativo al acuerdo de transformación en sociedad limitada.
De conformidad con el contenido de los artículos 89, 82 y 83 de la Ley de Cooperativas CyL, y a efectos de la publicidad prevista y del derecho que asiste a los socios, se informa que en Asamblea General extraordinaria y universal celebrada el 21 de octubre de 2022, se ha acordado por unanimidad la transformación de la cooperativa en sociedad limitada.
