In order to reflect a change in inter-
est rate on loans closed through national farm loan associations by the Federal Land Bank of Houston, 10.41 of Title 6 of the Code of Federal Regulations, as amended 21 F. R. 10167; 22 F. R. 133, 653, 4318, 1586, 2095, 3863, 6214, 7129, 7833, 8847; 23 F. R. 1547, is hereby fur ther amended, effective February 26, 1958, by substituting 5 for 5l/ 2 in the line with Houston therein.
