OBTAINING, APPROVAL FOR CONSTRUCTION IN
THE TENNESSEE RIVER SYSTEM
Section 301.2 is amended as follows:
Changes are made in the language o f the introductory paragraph of this section;
new material relating to the approval o f structures within the flowage ease ment areas o f Fort Loudoun and Douglas Reservoirs is included under paragraph h>.
