For the purposes of Title I of the Bankhead-Jones Farm Tenant Act, as amended, the average value of efficient family-type farm-management units and the investment limit for the county identified below are determined to be as herein set forth; and 311.30, Chapter III, Title 6 of the Code of Federal Regu lations 13 F. R. 9381, is amended by adding said county, average value, and Investment limit to the tabulations ap pearing in said section under the State of Vermont.
