PROGRAM

This bulletin states the terms and con ditions with respect to operations under , the 1951 Honey Price Support Program formulated by the Commodity Credit Corporation hereinafter referred to as CCC and the Production and Market ing Administration hereinafter referred to as P M A .
Under this program prices will be supported by means of pur chases of eligible honey from eligible packers.

624.201 Administration. The pro gram will be administered by the ap propriate branches and commodity offices of PM A under the general di rection and supervision of the President, CCC. The program will be carried out through purchases by CCC of eligible honey from packers, including coopera tive marketing associations of producers, operating under contracts with CCC.

vendors to the extent of their facilities at not less than the applicable support price, will be made available to PM A

Contracts whereby packers may dis pose of eligible honey to CCC will be made through the Fruit and Vegetable Branch, Production and Marketing Ad ministration, United States Department of Agriculture, Washington 25, O . C.
Copies of contract forms will be avail able at the PM A Commodity Offices listed in 624.211.
