ORDER SUSPENDING CERTAIN PROVISIONS
Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937, as amended <7 U.S.C. 601
et seq., hereinafter referred to as the act, and of the order regulating the handling of milk, in the Suburban Chi-, cago, IHmois, marketing area 7 CFR, 1944 Supp. 969.1 et seq., it is hereby de termined that the provisions of such order which provide seasonal minimum prices on Grade A and Grade B Class I
milk during May and June 1846 are pro visions which do not tend to effectuate the declared poliy of the act with respect to milk received from producers or co operative associations of producers dur ing said months.
It is, therefore, ordered That the fol lowing provisions of the order regulat ing the handling of milk in the Suburban Chicago, Illinois, marketing area be and they hereby are suspended during 1946:
1. In 969.6 a 1 i, relating to Grade A Class I milk, as follows: Pro vided, That beginning in 1945 the price for such Class I milk for the delivery periods of May and Jtme of each year shall be the price determined pursuant to b of this section, plus 50 cents. ;
and 2. In 969.5 a 1 fii, relating to Grade B Class I milk, as follows: P ro vided, That beginning in 1946 the price for suchjClass I milk for the periods of May and June of each year shall be the price determined pursuant to b of this section, plus 40 cents.

ORDER SUSPENDING CERTAIN PROVISIONS
Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Agricultural Marketing Agree ment Act iff 1937, &samended 7 U.S.C.
601 et seq., hereinafter referred to as the act, and o f the order, as amended, regulating th e handling of milk in the Chicago, Illinois, marketing area-7 CFR
Cum. Supp. 941.0 et seq., it is hereby determined that the provisions of such order which provide a seasonal mini mum price on Class I milk during May and June 1946 are provisions which do not tend to effectuate the declared policy of the act with respect to milk received from producers and cooperative associa tions o f producers during said months.
I t is, therefore, ordered, That the fo l lowing provisions o f 941.5 a 2 ofthe order, as amended, regulating the handling of milk in the Chicago, Illinois, marketing area be and they hereby are suspended for the period from 12:91
a. nr., on May 1; 1946, through June 30, 1946:
1. T h e words , except the delivery periods of May and June, ; and 2. The words ; and during the delivery periods o f May and June the price per hundredweight for Class I milk shall be the price .determined pursuant to paragraph b , plus 50 cents
