Such communications should be addressed to Chairman, Committee for Reciprocity Information, Old Land Office Building, Eighth and E Streets, NW., Washington, D. C.
A public hearing will be held begin ning at 10 a. m. on December 19, 1939, before the Committee for Reciprocity Information in the hearing room of the Tariff Commission in the Old Land Office Building, where supplemental oral statements will be heard.
Six copies of written statements, either typewritten or printed, shall be submitted, of which one copy shall be sworn to. Appearance at hearings be fore the Committee may be made only by those persons who have filed written statements and who have within the time prescribed made written applica tion for a hearing, and statements made at such hearings shall be under oath.
