the F oreign S ervice R egula tions of the United S tates
By virtue of and pursuant to the au thority vested in me by section 1752 of the Revised Statutes of the United States 22 U.S.C. 132, it is ordered that the Tariff of United States Foreign Service Fees, section V-15 of the Foreign Service Regulations of the United States be, and it is hereby amended, to be ef fective cm January 1, 1940, as follows:

Invoice Services Certification of invoice in such number of copies as will meet the requirements of the regulations and instructions and provide the shipper with one copy in addition to original, in cluding any additional declaration or certificate not otherwise provided for which is required by law or regula tions for use in connection with the entry of the wares or the forwarding of the same in bond see item No.
