1 It shall n o t c o n stitu te a violation of th is Manning Scale to d etail an y Cadet Officer or Cadet required to be carried hereby, to shore training after n o tice to , an d approval by, the Director p f th e D ivision of M aritim e P er sonnel of th is C om m ission, an d in su ch case entry shall be m ade in th e official logbook to th is effect and n o rep lacem en ts of su ch Cadet Officers or Cadets sh a ll b e required.
Such cadets also m ay be rem oved from v es sels com plem ent at an y tim é u p on n otice to the operator by th e D irector of th e D ivision of M aritime P ersonnel an d su ch actio n sh all not con stitu te a vio la tio n of th is M anning Scale.
