208.1 Definitions. For the purpose of these instructions and the notes and loan agreements or mortgages relating thereto, the following terms shall be construed, respectively, to mean:
a Eligible producer. Any person, partnership, association, or corporation producing wheat as landowner, landlord, or tenant upon whose farm the acreage classified as 1939 wheat acreage under the 1939 Agricultural Conservation Pro gram does not exceed the 1939 wheat acreage allotment established for the farm under such program. If a farm was designated as a non-wheat allotment farm under said Program, the wheat pro duced on the farm will not be eligible collateral for a wheat loan.
