FEDERAL REGISTER, It is further ordered, That the exemp tion herein granted shall expire on De cember 31,1940, without prejudice to the right of Consolidated Electric and Gas Company or any of the above-named companies to apply for an extension of the time during which such order shall be effective, and also without prejudice to the right of said Consolidated Electric and Gas Company or any of the abovenamed companies to apply at any time for such enlargement of any of the pro visions of this order as may be deemed appropriate.
