Consumer Complaint NarrativeI CONTACTED MACYS ON XX/XX/2017 AND XXXX XXXX 2017. I ALSO RECEIVED AN E-MAIL FROM XXXX XXXX. I MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO PAY OF THIS DEBT, BUT DUE TO STATUE OF LIMITATION THEY COULD NOT DO A SETTLEMENT OFFER. THEY DID NOT WANT TO ACCEPT PAYMENT.
