Part 502 of this chapter sets forth the rules of procedure of the Office of Alien Property applicable to claims under sec tions 9a , 32 and 34 of the Trading With the Enemy Act, as amended 50 U.S.C.
App. 9a, 32 and 34 and sections 207
b and 208a of Title II of the Inter national Claims Settlement Act of 1949
22 U.S.C. 1631fb and 1631ga.
Changes in organization of the Office of Alien Property were made as of July 1, 1959 which effected transfers of certain functions, duties and powers with which Part 502 is concerned. Accordingly, it is necessary to amend P art 502 to reflect these changes in organization. Since the amendments relate to procedure, neither notice nor hearing thereon is required by statute.
Part 502 is hereby amended to read as follows:
