On May 8, 1959, a notice of proposed rule making was published in the F ed eral R egister 24 F.R. 3731 regarding proposed amendments to the United States Standards for Oranges Texas and States other than Florida, Califor nia and Arizona.
After consideration of all relevant matters presented, including the pro posal set forth in the aforesaid notice, the following United States Standards for Oranges Texas and States other than Florida, California and Arizona are hereby promulgated pursuant to the authority contained in the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 secs. 202-208, 60
