TERRITORIAL SUBDIVISIONS I N PUERTO RICO
Section 331.16 of Title 6, Code of Fed eral Regulations 21 F. R. 10441, 10446, is amended with respect to areas des ignated as subdivisions in Puerto Rico by 1 revoking the designation of the subdivisions named.Arroyo and Yabucoa, and 2 designating the following iden tified subdivisions:

of the Code of Federal Regulations, are hereby superseded by the average values set forth below for said counties.
